LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rosie O'Donnell has once again launched an attack against President Donald Trump, calling him “crazy” in a video.

The comedian, who shifted to Ireland following the Republican leader's 2024 win before briefly returning in early 2026, shared the scathing video on Sunday, May 24.

“He's getting more crazy by the day, Donald Trump,” O’Donnell began, before referring to a statement the president made during a New York rally.

“He said, ‘I’m the smartest man you’ll ever know.’ Dear God, he’s deluded. It’s like me saying I’m the thinnest person you’ve ever seen,” she noted.

The 64-year-old comedian further mentioned that Trump’s statement about himself was “crazy. It’s completely devoid of reality,” as she added, “The sadness to know he’s been getting away with it. And the slush fund and his constant deluded disgraceful behavior.”

“I’m very proud to stand against every single thing he represents,” O’Donnell asserted.

Trump is okay to be called 'a brilliant tyrant dictator'

‘The Flintstones’ star slammed the Republican leader after he boasted about his intelligence and cognitive abilities during the Friday rally in New York.

Attacking his opponents, Trump said, “They hit me with a bad one: He's a dumb person. I said, 'Doctor, I don't mind being called a brilliant tyrant dictator, but I don't want to be called dumb.’”

At one point, he also asserted that he’s “the smartest guy you’ll ever meet.”

Rosie O'Donnell said Trump 'uses me as a punching bag'

Meanwhile, this was not the first time O'Donnell has targeted Trump. The two have been in public spats multiple times, with the former talk show host once saying, “He uses me as a punching bag and a way to sort of rile his base.”

She had also praised Ireland, saying it’s “a place where celebrity worship does not exist. I've been in a place where there's more balance to the news. There's more balance to life. It's not everyone trying to get more, more, more.”

“It's a very different culture. And I felt the United States in a completely different way than I ever had before I left,” O'Donnell added.

Trump had earlier threatened to cancel O'Donnell's American citizenship. In July 2025, he reportedly said, “Because of the fact that Rosie O’Donnell is not in the best interests of our great country, I am giving serious consideration to taking away her citizenship.”

Calling her “a threat to humanity,” he added that she “should remain in the wonderful country of Ireland, if they want her!”
