LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are once again in the news and not for any good reason.

They have reportedly lost six more employees, with sources claiming it's a "purge" of their PR circle, as reported by The Express. Also, a report said that some staff members voluntarily decided to go.

Those who no longer work for the Sussexes includes UK-based Charlie Gipson, their director of communications in Europe, and US-based Kyle Boulia, their deputy press secretary.

Royal expert claims staffers leave Prince Harry and Meghan Markle because of ‘dysfunction’

Lianne Cashin, the former head of operations at Archewell, also lost her job just weeks after being promoted to a senior consultant. Meghan Markle’s social media manager has also left the scene.

The Express reported that the purge happened before the mother of two posted her twerking video to celebrate Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday.

Commenting on the latest development, royal commentator and ‘To Di For Daily’ podcast host Kinsey Schofield recently said, as per CheatSheet, “It’s very bad when you’re working for the world’s most famous royal escape artists and it’s the one job everyone wants to escape.”

“I think the constant turnover in Harry and Meghan’s camp isn’t just a PR issue or a leadership issue,” she stated.

She also mentioned that "people don’t walk away from jobs they love. They walk away from dysfunction … Six more employees, that’s a significant number. That’s not a coincidence.”

Royal expert says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s empire in 'instable'

“We’re looking at a pattern. That’s culture, and culture comes from the top. You [Meghan] can’t build an empire when you’re burning through your architects,” Kinsey Schofield added, before insisting, “No amount of branded coffee or Instagram posts can mask the instability behind the scenes.”

An insider also shared their views over the staff’s apparent firing by the former senior royal members.

They told The Sun, “Meghan and Harry always blame everyone else and never themselves. No one ever seems to be good enough for them and yet they fail to understand why things don’t change.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been called 'poor decision-makers'

This was not the first time Meghan Marke and Prince Harry had faced slamming because of their alleged bad behavior toward their staff.

A former staffer had told The Daily Beast last year, “I always thought she was a classic narcissist and getting her staff to tell a magazine how amazing she is only confirms that in my mind.”

“She is lovely when it is all going her way but a demon when the worm turns,” they claimed.

Besides, a tipster had revealed to The Hollywood Reporter, “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”
