LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: According to a recent lawsuit, Sean "Diddy" Combs' youngest son Christian "King" Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was an employee on a yacht chartered by his father.
According to the complaint obtained by People, Grace O'Marcaigh has lodged a new complaint against Christian, aged 26, alleging instances of sexual assault, harassment, and emotional distress during her employment on a yacht chartered by the rapper for a trip in late December 2022.
The complaint was filed on Thursday, April 4, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, amid Diddy's ongoing sex-trafficking investigation.
'Diddy' Combs is named as co-defendant in Christian 'King's lawsuit
In the court document, Grace O'Marcaigh, a former crew member and bartender on the vessel, stated that she was 25 years old at the time and worked as a steward, serving visitors supper and drinks from 6 pm to 6 am.
She claimed to have witnessed celebrities partying and using drugs during her shift, as well as a "constant rotation of suspected sex workers."
According to her allegations in the complaint, Christian joined the yacht "around" December 28, 2022, to record with music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, who had filed a lawsuit alleging Diddy of sexual assault.
O'Marcaigh claimed that Diddy's son was "heavily intoxicated" when he boarded the yacht and began to lavish her with special attention.
In the complaint, O'Marcaigh continued, alleging that Christian had coerced her into taking a shot of tequila and that afterward, he became hostile and attempted to pressure her into taking another one.
She claimed that after seeing several women drop out after just one drink, she "quickly suspected" that the tequila had been tampered with and became afraid of its consequences.
According to her account, things then "escalated," with Christian allegedly beginning to touch her body and intimate areas. O'Marcaigh claimed that the trip, which was initially "sold as a wholesome family excursion," turned into a "hedonistic environment," as reported by the Daily Mail.
O'Marcaigh alleged that he had "seized her arms" and was trying to "coerce" her into "performing oral sex on him." She also provided images of her bruises, which she stated were caused by Christian's actions.
According to O'Marcaigh, she was able to fend him off until another individual entered the area.
In her lawsuit, she asserted experiencing severe suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, and anxiety following the termination of her employment. She further claimed that as a consequence of the incident, she suffered from epileptic seizures and developed an eating disorder.
According to the complaint, O'Marcaigh can be heard "refusing alcohol, stating she needed to leave, and instructing Christian Combs to stop touching her" on audio recordings made by Jones, which were reviewed by NBC News.
Diddy is also charged with encouraging and abetting his son in the case filed for premises liability related to renting out the boat and paying to cover it up afterward.
"Like father, like son. It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs," O'Marcaigh's attorney Tyrone Blackburn stated in a statement to NBC News regarding the most recent complaint.
This lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal actions accusing Diddy of sexual assault, coinciding with a federal sex trafficking investigation that led to Homeland Security officers raiding the producer and music mogul's residences in Miami and Los Angeles last week.
