In a strategic move, Reid is seeking access to Dixon’s "psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, and/or counseling records." This revelation comes from court documents filed by renowned New York attorney Bobbi Sternheim, known for her role as the lead defense attorney for convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
Reid has denied the sexual assault accusations and hired renowned Los Angeles defense attorney Shawn Holley, who represented convicted rapist Danny Masterson.
The former Arista head "anticipates objecting and/or moving to quash if the parties are unable to reach agreement on limiting the scope of the served discovery."
Dixon has also made demands and seeks access to various materials crucial to her case, including the flight logs for Reid's private jet, surveillance footage from Arista Records’ offices, and a comprehensive collection of HR documents related to the company’s events, retreats, and music artists.
