Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have been at odds with one Hollywood power couple for years

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Actress Blake Lively's alleged conflict with 'It Ends With Us' co-star Justin Baldoni has dominated most headlines about her for the past month.

However, insiders recently revealed that Baldoni is not the only celebrity she has had a falling out with. They claimed that a heated rivalry has been simmering between Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds, and Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley.

According to sources for Life and Style Magazine, Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds are reportedly in strife with another star couple in Hollywood, Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley.

The insider claimed, "These two couples are the most powerful people in the movie business right now and they all love working with other household names and big celebrities."

Some of the couples' mutual contacts have also been finding themselves in awkward situations as they work on their ventures, which range from production studios to liquor brands and beyond.

"It’s becoming painfully clear that you can’t be friends with Margot and Tom and also be friends with Ryan and Blake and it’s really forcing a lot of A-listers to pick sides," the insider spilled.

Margot, 34, and her husband Tom, 34, launched their production firm, LuckyChap Entertainment, to great success a few years ago, and they went on to produce the Australian actress' big hit, 'Barbie'.

Meanwhile, Ryan, 47, has been working hard behind the scenes at his own production company, Maximum Effort Productions, managing his many other business ventures, such as Aviation American Gin and the UK football club Wrexham.

He also handled the promotion and advertising work for his latest movie, 'Deadpool & Wolverine', starring Hugh Jackman.

In addition to promoting her line of alcohol and cosmetics, 37-year-old Blake has been traveling on her promotional tour in support of her film 'It Ends With Us'.

Hollywood power couple's spat allegedly began 'more than ten years ago'

The insider claimed that Margot Robbie's casting as Naomi in 2013's 'The Wolf of Wall Street' rather than Blake Lively was the catalyst for the commencement of this Hollywood power couple's rivalry years ago.

"Most people around Margot and Tom believe this all comes from Margot beating out Blake for the star-making female lead role in The Wolf of Wall Street more than ten years ago," the tipster revealed.

In the 2013 smash film directed by Martin Scorsese, Margot played alongside A-list box office draw Leonardo DiCaprio, the director's longtime associate.

The insider said, "They were both TV stars at the time but Blake was by far the more famous of the two of them at the time and Margot’s casting was kind of a shocking coup. After that Margot was a household name."

The fact that Blake failed to land the part made her feel like her more established career had been yanked out from under her. Rather, Margot gained immense praise from critics for the part, and she became a major player in the industry.

Additionally, the insider shared their thoughts on how their rivalry has developed over time. In the race to become a force to be reckoned with in the movie industry, both sides have assembled an impressive roster of supporters.

The insider continued: "Margot and Tom are serious competitors in the Aussie/Brit tradition but frankly, nobody in the business is better at long-term career strategy than Ryan – and he’s had Taylor Swift in his corner for more than eight years."

Taylor Swift, 34, who is also close to Blake, partied hard with the 'The Proposal' star's wife in August at her estate in Watch Hill, Rhode Island.

The 'Bad Blood' might be firmly in Blake and Ryan's camp, but Margot and her husband Tom are not exactly on a mission to disappear from the wider Hollywood scene.

Nobody can, however, dispute the power of 'Barbie' in 2023, even with all of Ryan and Blake's accomplishments.

"Margot did really win the respect of the smart set in Hollywood with Barbie and picked up a lot of incredible new friends along the way, people who are picky about who they socialize with, like Jessica Chastain," another source chimed in.

But given the negative reception that 'It Ends With Us' received, it is obvious that the 'Barbie' star is probably having the last laugh at the moment.
