Savannah Chrisley says life has been 'really tough' amid her parents Todd and Julie’s prison sentences
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Savannah Chrisley is opening up on experiences and struggles since the imprisonment of her parents, Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley.
On the April 2 episode of her podcast 'Unlocked', the 'Chrisley Knows Best' alum said, "What's tough for me is how Mom and Dad have that feeling that life is just continuing to move on without them."

Savannah Chrisley says she's overwhelmed by her responsibilities
Savannah further reflected on the responsibilities she has taken, including gaining custody of her 17-year-old brother Grayson, and niece Chloe, 11, after her parents commenced prison over a year ago for tax evasion and bank fraud.
The 'Growing Up Chrisley' star candidly admitted to feeling overwhelmed by the responsibilities and the struggle of feeling left behind while people she knows get to continue with their routines.
"In a way, I have that feeling with people in my life because it's like they just continue on living their lives," said Savannah.
"I'm still sitting here struggling to catch my breath," she continued.
"Whether it's financially with the kids, trying to parent, me in a relationship," she added.

Savannah Chrisley says she's 'still in the same place'
Savannah, who began dating Robert Shiver in 2023, shared that "It feels like 'Alright, I can come up for air,' and then another blow hits," and noted, "I'm still in the same place," while others move forward.
The reality star's poignant reflections were prompted by reading of letters her mother Julie had sent to her from prison.
Reading aloud the letters to her listeners, Savannah read, "'As much as I missed the kids, I was adamant that they not visit me on Christmas Day.'"

"'I do not want them to ever have that memory of sitting in a prison visitation room on Christmas. Savannah did a great job and they seemed to have a good day.'"
Agreeing with Julie's statement, Savannah added, "It's been really tough," according to E! News.
The 26-year-old recently revealed her surprise stint on ‘The Masked Singer’, a decision she said was inspired by her parents.
“I was like, 'Just freaking do it, Savannah. Just show up, do it, have fun. As long as you have fun, that's all that matters,'" she shared.
"After that, I had zero hesitation. I was like, you know what? Might as well just do it," the reality star said in a recent interview with People.
