WASHINGTON, DC: In a blistering critique ahead of the 2024 election, Fox News host Sean Hannity took Vice President Kamala Harris to task over her handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, highlighting what he described as a disastrous chapter in American history.

On a recent episode of 'Hannity,' Hannity’s remarks came with a sharp edge, underscoring his dissatisfaction with Harris’ role in Joe Biden administration's policies and decisions.

Hannity slams Harris as face of 'worst administration' amid Afghanistan fallout

Sean Hannity began his critique by framing Harris as a key figure in what he termed “the worst administration in modern history.”

He dismissed any attempts by Harris to distance herself from the administration's failures, pointing out that her efforts to "reset" her political image were futile.

According to Hannity, Harris cannot escape the legacy of the Biden administration, especially when it comes to the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

“Despite her best wishes, Kamala is, in fact, 'burdened by what has been,' and that is the worst administration in modern history,” Hannity declared. He continued, “She wants a reset: 'I haven't been here for four years. Don't blame me.' But it’s an administration that bears her name. It’s especially true in Afghanistan.”

Hannity blasts Biden administration’s Afghan withdrawal

Sean Hannity's segment zeroed in on what he characterized as the administration’s blunders in Afghanistan. He highlighted the tragic loss of thirteen US service members, along with hundreds of others, and the abandonment of Americans and Afghan allies behind enemy lines.



 

“Thirteen US service members murdered, along with hundreds of others. Americans abandoned behind enemy lines. Our allies, that helped us for 20 years, many of them were taken from their homes, never to be seen or heard from again,” Hannity said.

“During the Harris-Biden administration and their horrific withdrawal from Afghanistan, this was one of the worst moments in American history,” he added.

He also emphasized Harris' role in the decision-making process, noting that she was intimately involved in the withdrawal strategy.

“As Kamala used to brag, she was the last person in the room with a very courageous Joe Biden when he made that fateful decision to hastily withdraw from the country,” Hannity stated.
