Chelsea Lazkani’s estranged husband Jeff accuses her of being ‘physically aggressive’ throughout marriage
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jeff Lazkani, the estranged husband of ‘Selling Sunset’ star Chelsea Lazkani, has responded to her 27 March divorce filing.
Jeff filed his paperwork on Tuesday, April 2, citing "irreconcilable differences" and accusing Chelsea, 31, of “exhibiting suspicious behavior” throughout their marriage, as per People.
He claimed that many of his “personal belongings” disappeared or were removed from their shared home in California after Chelsea filed for divorce.

Jeff accused Chelsea of exhibiting physically violent and aggressive behavior.
He alleged that about a year ago, she “struck him in the face." It led to "breaking his glasses and causing a small cut on his face.”
Jeff argued that he doesn’t think he and Chelsea should reside on the same property for the well-being of their children, Maddox, five, and Melia, three.
“I have never put a hand on [Chelsea] in a physically aggressive way,” Jeff said. “I am concerned about what [she] will do if she is permitted to remain in the same residence as me.”

The father of two claimed it is “not in the best interest” of the kids for the former couple, who have been married since 2017, to live in the same residence.
Jeff went on to claim that Chelsea “provokes” him. He alleged that she “would start an altercation with me, only to pull out her cell phone and record my response."
He added it is, "as if to try and catch me speaking in a hostile or aggressive manner after provoking me by being derogatory or disrespectful to me.”
Jeff Lazkani accuses Chelsea Lazkani of theft and antagonistic behavior
Jeff accused Chelsea of being “physically aggressive” before and after she filed for divorce.
He alleged that she “installed a lock” on the primary bedroom and “remotely monitors his access to the property, and records him at the property.”
He also accused her of stealing his late aunt’s scarf, which he says “is a symbol of my family heritage and extremely sentimental to me.”
He further alleged that the real estate agent took his father’s hat and a Rolex watch worth $30,000.
Jeff claimed Chelsea’s brother spent the night at the marital home after she filed for divorce, and he is “concerned that her brother helped her take” the Rolex.
The Icon Media Group managing partner also claimed that his estranged wife took the keys to one of his Jeeps and had a locksmith put a keypad on her bedroom door, labeling these alleged actions as “suspicious and antagonistic” behavior.

The declaration stated that Jeff would like “exclusive use and possession of” their five-bedroom home, which he has been the primary owner of since it was purchased in 2018.
