LONDON, ENGLAND: So there is a reason for Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s procrastination after all!

The musician, 75, and his wife, 71, who currently live in Los Angeles, were supposed to move back to the United Kingdom last year but have kept on deferring their planned trip.

However, their son Jack has now revealed the real reason for their failure to relocate, and we must say it is a solid cause indeed.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s Buckinghamshire mansion is allegedly haunted

The 38-year-old son of the Osbournes, Jack recently shared with The Sun that the mansion where his parents were intending to relocate was haunted.

The ‘Portals to Hell’ star did some research into the property’s history and found out that the building called Welders House used to be a psychiatric hospital for women.

The ‘Fright Club’ star, who has considerable experience with supernatural stuff, recently revealed to The Sun, “Welders is f***ing haunted as s**t – I hate staying there  by myself.”

Recalling the spooky incident, Jack shared, “My friend Jame would house-sit for us. A few years ago he was house-sitting and his baby had woken up in the night and he and his wife went in to take care of their baby and heard a woman singing in the house,” before adding ominously, “They couldn’t figure  it out.”

“When we were in Welders, we heard walking downstairs in Mum and Dad’s bedroom,” added Jack Osbourne.

The ‘Night of Terror’ star added, "We heard someone walking along the hall upstairs and thought someone had broken into the house. That was clear as day and it wasn’t a dog – it was footsteps coming down the hallway towards us.”

Jack Osbourne hosted a  show based on the haunted house

Jack Osbourne's parents - music legend father Ozzy Osbourne and music manager mother Sharon Osbourne - have owned the property since 1993.

The Welders House is a Grade II-listed mansion located in Jordans, Buckinghamshire. Jack, who predominantly deals with paranormal things in his shows, even featured the property in his own show for Discovery+, titled 'Haunted Homecoming' in 2022.

The house was built between 1889 to 1899 for private residential purposes. It was, however, later purchased by St Luke’s Hospital for Lunatics in 1910.

It has even served as a nursing home before it was purchased by Oscar-winner John Stears in the 1980s. Ultimately the Osbournes became the owner in 1993.
