Sharon Osbourne reveals taking ‘overdose of pills’ after Ozzy Osbourne’s affair with hairdresser
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sharon Osbourne has revealed that suicide came to her mind when she got to know about her husband Ozzy Osbourne's affair in 2016.
The singer-songwriter was romantically involved with a hairdresser, named Michelle Pugh, for four years, leaving Sharon heartbroken, Daily Mail reported.
Sharon Osbourne ‘took pills’ after learning about Ozzy’s infidelity
Recently on her ‘Cut The C**p’ show, the British-American TV personality shared about the difficult phase of her life. She said, “He always, always had groupies and I was so used to that.”
She continued, “But when he knows the name of the person, where they live and where they work... it is a whole different thing as you are emotionally invested.”
“I took, I don’t know how many pills,” Sharon disclosed as she further stated, “I just thought ‘My kids are older, they are fine and can take care of themselves’. So I took an overdose and locked myself in the bedroom.”
The 71-year-old mother of three added, “The maid tried to come in to clean the room and saw me.”
Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy briefly split after affair revelation
This came after in 2016 when Sharon first talked about Ozzy’s affair which she discovered after checking his emails.
The music manager reportedly said on ‘The Talk’, “I'm 63 years of age, and I can't keep living like this... I've been avoiding looking at any pictures or reading anything. I know what's going on.”
She asserted at the time, “I don't need to read about or see about it. It's like putting salt in a wound. I don't need to... He's back, and now I'm out of the house.”

Also, a year later, during an interview with the Telegraph, Sharon blamed the Black Sabbath rocker for having multiple affairs over the years.
She said in 2017, “There were six of them: some Russian teenager, then a masseuse in England, our masseuse out here, and then our cook.”
“He had women in different countries. Basically, if you're a woman giving Ozzy either a back rub or a trolley of food, God help you,” Sharon added.
Ozzy thanked his wife for forgiving him
But in 2019, Ozzy called his wife a “god” for forgiving him despite his mistakes.
He shared, “Sharon and I have never been as close as we are now. It's great. Sharon has been a god.”

He mentioned, “We all make mistakes. I'm lucky she took me back. Sometimes I sit there and go, 'What the f*** was I thinking?' I won't understand why it happened until the day I die."
'Why not just divorce him'
Meanwhile, the recent statement of Sharon killing herself has gained some attention online with a Facebook user saying, "Oh please! Way worse things happened when he was on tour 30-40 years ago. Get over it."
Another user said, "Why not just divorce him and have fun with his money... Get what you ask for ..only yourself to blame ..."
"Such a drama queen!" the third one remarked.
