Internet mocks Megyn Kelly for voicing concern over Donald Trump's reluctance to appear on her show
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Megyn Kelly informed Newsmax host Eric Bolling that she wasn't anticipating another appearance by former President Donald Trump on her show "anytime soon" due to his recent attacks against her following their last interview.
When Bolling inquired, "Know you’ve interviewed him before quite a bit. Have you had him on recently? Would you like to have him on again?” Kelly responded by recalling, "So I had him on in September and I don’t know that he loved that interview."

Moving on with the conversation, Kelly explained, "There was a contentious part about the criminal cases, and there were lovely parts too, you know, but Trump, he kind of wants it all to be lovely."
"He doesn’t want any contention, even though that works, you know, in terms of getting eyeballs to the interview, which is what he really likes. And since then he, I don’t know, he’s kind of gone on the attack against me a couple times publicly," she added.
"He’s still really mad about that debate question, so not sure he’s gonna come on anytime soon," Kelly said further.
“Still?” questioned Bolling as Kelly replied, “I think so," adding, “He brings it up a lot.”
Bolling concluded, “He does have a long memory when it comes to those things."
The clash between Trump and Kelly ignited in August 2015 when Kelly confronted the then-Republican presidential nominee regarding his derogatory remarks about women, labeling some as "fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals."
Since that initial confrontation, Trump has consistently launched verbal assaults against Kelly, despite her public endorsement of the former president.
Although there seemed to be a temporary ceasefire in their feud when Trump agreed to an interview with Kelly in September, the truce was short-lived as the former president swiftly resumed his verbal attacks, accusing Kelly of posing "nasty" questions.
During a campaign rally, Trump remarked, "She just, you know, boy, she became nastier all of a sudden. She was pretty nasty, didn’t ya think? Anybody that watched it?"
A couple of months later, following Kelly's role as a moderator in NewsNation’s Republican primary debate – an event Trump opted out of – he labeled Kelly as "the biggest loser" of the evening.
In March, Trump countered Kelly’s frequent expressions of admiration for him by alleging that she had been "making a career" out of pretending to like him.
