HOUSTON, TEXAS: Simone Biles is giving fans a glimpse into the challenges of dressing her petite frame.

On August 26, the Olympic icon took to social media to share her "struggle" with finding pants that fit.

“Before y’all complain that nothing fits y’all, I want y’all to see my struggle…” the 27-year-old standing at 4'8" captioned a photo of her wearing high-rise straight-leg Abercrombie & Fitch pants in size 23/000.

“So hard to find bottoms that fit. But when I find them…my heart,” she added, revealing the frustration and joy of finding the perfect fit.

Simone Biles masters fashion despite size challenges

Simone Biles has long been adept at incorporating fashion into her wardrobe despite her size challenges. For her second wedding to football player Jonathan Owens in May 2023 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, she donned a custom Galia Lahav ball gown tailored to highlight her frame.

“I was nervous about having a ball gown because I'm so petite — but it works perfect,” she told Vogue, praising the dress’s leg slit for adding a touch of length to her look. “I think this is exactly how brides are supposed to feel — luxurious, beautiful, kind of on top of the world," per People.

In a 2018 interview with Today, she expressed her weariness with the constant inquiries: “The question I wish people would stop asking me is, ‘How tall are you? Are you going to grow?’ I’m not going anywhere. I’m 4’ 8”. I'm stuck.”

Since returning from the Paris Olympics on August 12, where she added four more medals to her collection, Biles remains America’s most decorated Olympic gymnast. Her Paris experience was a triumphant turnaround from the 2020 Tokyo Games, where she faced the debilitating "twisties" and had to withdraw from the team competition.

Biles said earlier this month that she feels “so much more relieved, so much more at a better spot, mentally and physically, just happy with overall what I've been able to accomplish and what I've done.”

Biles shines with three Golds and one Silver

July was an intense month for Simone Biles as she competed for the United States at the Olympics.

Following the qualifying round, she participated in the team all-around, individual all-around, vault, balance beam, and floor events. By the end of the Games, she secured three gold medals — team, individual all-around, and vault — and earned a silver medal for the floor exercise.
