Snoop, currently on his Cali to Canada tour alongside DJ Quik and Warren G, missed the event but made sure to catch up on the festivities. His heartfelt praise highlighted the impact of Kendrick's concert, which brought together an impressive array of West Coast talent.

On Friday, June 21, Snoop took to his Instagram from his hotel room in Canada to commend Kendrick for bringing together various West Coast groups at his Juneteenth show.

“Sending a big shout-out to K. Dot and all the homies from the West that stood together unified, organized in peace [and] love,” Snoop gushed. “That was fun to watch. Beautiful to see all my peoples come together.”

The ongoing feud between hip-hop heavyweights Drake and Kendrick Lamar continues to captivate fans worldwide. Despite seeming to cool off, the rivalry remains intense, with diss tracks keeping the fire alive. Kendrick Lamar has been notably more critical of Drake, and his recent concert demonstrated the support he garners from other celebrities.

At his 'The Pop Out: Ken and Friends' concert at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, Kendrick brought the house down with a memorable finale.

The star-studded audience included celebrities, athletes, and musicians, all showing their allegiance. A viral video captured the moment when Los Angeles Clippers' Russell Westbrook and Chicago Bulls' DeMar DeRozan joined Lamar on stage for his Drake diss track 'They Not Like Us.'

DeRozan's appearance on stage raised intriguing questions. Although he's a California native, there are swirling rumors about the Lakers' interest in him and his Bulls teammate Zach LaVine. Despite these rumors, DeRozan seemed to relish the spotlight, much like Westbrook, who has comfortably settled in Los Angeles.

The feud's latest chapter began in March 2024 when Kendrick Lamar targeted J Cole and Drake in his track 'Like That' after J Cole's 'First Person Shooter' implied they were the 'Big Three' of hip-hop.

J Cole responded with '7 Minute Drill' in early April but later retracted it and apologized. Drake fired back with 'Push Ups' and 'Taylor Made Freestyle,' although the latter was removed due to legal threats from Tupac Shakur's estate over AI-generated vocals.

Lamar countered with 'Euphoria' and '6:16 in LA,' escalating the conflict further.

Drake's 'Family Matters' made serious accusations against Lamar, who swiftly responded with 'Meet the Grahams' and 'Not Like Us,' intensifying the battle. Drake's 'The Heart Part 6' on May 5 aimed to refute Lamar's claims, showcasing the ongoing tension in their rivalry.
