Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori Broadus announces pregnancy with fiance Wayne Deuce: 'This is so unplanned'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cori Broadus, the 25-year-old daughter of rap legend Snoop Dogg, revealed that she’s expecting her first child, a daughter, with fiance, Wayne Deuce, on Monday, December 23.

Broadus first shared the news with E! News, telling the outlet that she discovered her pregnancy on October 28.

"This baby is so unplanned, but we are soooooo blessed," Cori Broadus shared, adding that at four months along she’s feeling great despite it being a high-risk pregnancy due to her lupus diagnosis. 

"Doctors were very concerned for me and the baby, but God has his hands on me. Me and the baby are doing perfectly fine," the 25-year-old said. 

Cori revealed that her parents, Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus, were thrilled by the news. "They were so excited their baby girl is having a baby," she gushed, though she noted that her father was hoping for a grandson. This will be the rapper's eighth grandchild.

Despite the initial surprise, Cori and Wayne are eagerly preparing for parenthood. "I’m just excited to love on my baby girl and make her feel like she’s the prettiest in the world. Growing up, I wasn’t the most confident and never felt like I fit in, so I want to instill all the beautiful things in her head at a young age," she expressed. 

Wayne echoed her excitement, saying he’s looking forward to doting on their daughter. "He knows she is going to be so beautiful, and he just can’t wait to build things for her and give her all the love in the world," Cori said.

On her Instagram Stories, she shared glimpses of her pregnancy journey, including a photo of her positive pregnancy test, sonogram footage, and pictures of her growing baby bump. In one post, she wrote, "Cats out the bag! I thank God every day for this blessing fr."
