Spice Girls star Mel B ties the knot with hairstylist beau Rory McPhee at St Paul's Cathedral in London

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: Spice Girls star Mel B tied the knot with longtime partner Rory McPhee during a private ceremony in London on Saturday, July 6.
The wedding took place in The Crypt at St Paul’s Cathedral, followed by a celebration at the Shangri-La Hotel inside The Shard. The newlyweds looked overjoyed and shared a kiss in front of the gathered crowd.

Mel B wears a pearl-covered gown for her wedding
Mel B, whose real name is Melanie Brown, 50, chose a striking custom look for her big day. The gown was created by Josephine Scott and featured intricate pearl detailing across the neckline.
Caroline Black, owner of Evelie Bridal Boutique in London, praised the singer’s presence and personality during the design process. “Mel was a dream to work with, bringing her own sense of style to the occasion,” Black told People.

McPhee, 37, opted for a traditional Scottish look, pairing a red and green tartan kilt with classic formalwear. Only one fellow Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, attended the ceremony and was seen leading the celebrity guests out of the venue.
"Oh happy day!!" Bunton wrote on her picture from the wedding she shared on her Instagram Stories. "Love is in the air," she captioned another.

Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, and Melanie Chisholm were not present at the wedding.

Though absent from the ceremony, Victoria Beckham made sure to show her support online.
She posted a black-and-white throwback video of the group on her Instagram Story, writing, “Congratulations @officialmelb @rorymcphee on your special day! I couldn't be more excited for you both and wish you a lifetime of happiness! kisses xx."

Beckham followed up with a second post, sharing a photo of her and Mel B together, writing, “Sending you love @officialmelb ❤️ @rorymcphee is a very lucky man!”

Attendees included Mel B’s sister Danielle Brown, along with Daisy Lowe, Katherine Ryan, and Gaby Roslin. The pop star kept her bridal party intimate, with her daughters Phoenix, 26, Angel, 18, and Madison, 13, serving as her bridesmaids.

She added that the proposal took place at Cliveden House, surrounded by rose petals and a log fire.
The couple reportedly met through Mel’s cousin, Christian Cooke, a friend of McPhee.
Speaking about their relationship, the singer previously said McPhee helped her feel “more confident than ever.” An insider previously told Daily Mail that McPhee is “a normal, down-to-earth guy, with good morals,” and added, “He isn’t interested in fame.”
