WASHINGTON, DC: On Friday, March 29, during an interview with CNN, Larry David, the creator of the popular sitcom ‘Seinfeld’ and the star of ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm,' expressed his views on former President Donald Trump.

Per DailyMail, David referred to Trump as a "little baby," "insane," and a "sociopath."

The interview was conducted for the program ‘Who's Talking to Chris Wallace,' and the entire Q&A session was released on HBO Max on Friday.

What did Larry David say about Donald Trump in the CNN interview?

Host Wallace asked David, “So how much has the whole 2020 election and everything that has flowed from it p***ed you off?”

David responded, “You can't go a day without thinking about what he's done to this country because he's such a little baby that he's thrown 250 years of democracy out the window by not accepting the results.”

“I mean, it's so crazy. He's such a sociopath. He's so insane. He just couldn't admit to losing, and we know he lost, he knows he lost, and look how he's fooled everybody. He's convinced all these people that he didn't lose,” the comedian added.

“He's such a sick man! He's so sick,” David remarked.

“No, it hasn't impacted me at all,” the 76-year-old claimed, facetiously.

The political predisposition of the actor-comedian towards the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, is common knowledge.

In 2021, he confronted his former colleague, Alan Dershowitz, who had served as a lawyer during Trump's impeachment proceedings, on Martha's Vineyard.

Dershowitz recounted to Page Six that the comedian engaged in a vehement verbal exchange with him, stating, “I was worried that he was going to have a stroke.”

According to a source who spoke to the gossip column, Dershowitz's embrace of Trump's former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo particularly infuriated David.

“No. No. We really can't. I saw you. I saw you with your arm around Pompeo! It’s disgusting!” David reportedly remarked at the time.

Dershowitz clarified that Pompeo was a former Harvard Law student of his.

“It's disgusting. Your whole enclave — it’s disgusting. You’re disgusting!” David remarked.

Larry David has been actively contributing to several Democratic candidates and causes in recent years.

According to Open Secrets, he made donations to the 2020 presidential campaign of Pete Buttigieg, who is now the Transportation Secretary.

Additionally, he financially supported the campaigns of Democratic Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock of Georgia during the run-off races in November 2020, which they won in early 2021, giving the Democrats control of the US Senate.

David gained popularity for his portrayal of the argumentative progressive Senator Bernie Sanders in 'Saturday Night Live' starting in 2015, during Sanders's insurgent Democratic primary campaign against frontrunner Hillary Clinton.

However, David also has a connection to a current presidential campaign as his ex-wife Cheryl, played by Cheryl Hines in 'Curb Your Enthusiasm,' is the wife of independent presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr.

Kennedy is attempting to gain access to the general election ballot to run against President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.

Wallace did not ask for the comic's opinion on Kennedy's run.

On Tuesday, Hines introduced her husband in Oakland, California, as he unveiled his VP pick, Bay Area lawyer and entrepreneur Nicole Shanahan, who’s also the ex-wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin.

'Curb Your Enthusiasm' is now in its final season.
