Sydney Sweeney breaks silence on split with fiance Jonathan Davino, reveals she's single and 'loving It'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sydney Sweeney, 27, has finally confirmed her split from her fiance Jonathan Davino and revealed that she is now single.
In a conversation with The Times on Saturday, May 31, Sweeney shared that she and Davino parted ways three years after getting engaged.

Sydney Sweeney is 'learning a lot about' herself after breakup
When the publication asked her if she was planning a wedding, Sydney Sweeney said, "No."
When asked if she is single, the 'Euphoria' star replied, "Yes."
“I’m learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I’m loving it," Sweeney said during the interview.

A source told People earlier this year that Sweeney and Davino’s relationship had been “rocky for a long time,” with breakup rumors emerging as far back as early 2025.
The source added, "She's exactly where she wants to be. Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She's all about working right now and very excited about all her projects."

The insider shared, "What did make her overwhelmed, though, was her relationship and her wedding. She didn't feel right about it."
Sydney Sweeney called off wedding with Jonathan Davino amid work commitments
Back in February, TMZ reported that Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino had postponed their wedding, which was set for May 2025.
Sources told the outlet that the event was “on hiatus” because of the couple’s “busy schedule.”
In March, a source told Us Weekly that Sweeney and Davino were dealing with “major issues but are not fully split."

"Things are not great right now, but they aren’t throwing in the towel yet. They are working on their relationship but have called off the wedding for now,” the insider added.
Meanwhile, Sweeney has a packed work schedule, including a new season of 'Euphoria', a lead role in a movie adaptation of 'The Housemaid', and is also set to portray boxer Christy Martin and screen legend Kim Novak in new projects.

The brand said that the product "channels two of the best places on Earth: the great outdoors and Sydney Sweeney’s bathtub."
The idea stemmed from fan demand, as the brand shared, “Why? Because y’all wouldn’t stop asking. And Sydney said, ‘Let’s do it.’”
Sweeney posted about the launch on her Instagram, writing, “You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad… so we kept it. Introducing Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss! A very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater.”
