As the NFL season is nearing its conclusion and Swift's highly-anticipated Eras Tour revs back into action, the insider told ET "Taylor and Travis are doing really well."

The source told the outlet Swift and Kelce "try to spend as much time as they can together."
"Travis also makes it a point to make sure Taylor feels as comfortable as possible at his home. They have discussed their future as a couple and are excited at the idea of it," the source added.
"Right now, Travis is focused on Valentine's Day and wants to do something fun and special for Taylor," the insider continued.

The timing of Swift and Kelce's romantic endeavors coincides with the crucial moments in their professional lives.
Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, is gearing up for a critical game against the Baltimore Ravens on January 28 as the team pushes for their spot in the NFL Super Bowl held on February 11.
Meanwhile, the 'Karma' singer has been nominated in six categories for the Grammy Awards scheduled to take place on February 4.
Her nominations include Song of the Year and Record of the Year for its lead single, 'Anti-Hero', and Album of the Year for 'Midnights'.
The 12-time Grammy winner will resume her Eras Tour in Tokyo, Japan on February 7 following a two-month hiatus. Swift will be performing for four nights, according to ET Online.
The upcoming Grammy Awards could mark another milestone for the songwriter who has already tied Barbra Streis for the most nominations in the Album of the Year category with six.
Swift could secure a place of her own above Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, and Frank Sinatra for the most wins in the Album of the Year category if she is announced the winner at the ceremony on February 4.
She has also been immersed in her work in the recording studio, as fans eagerly anticipate the release of Swift's release of 'Reputation' as fans speculate the singer is set to announce the expected release.
