The music video for 'The Tortured Poets Department' song 'I Can Do It With a Broken Heart' premiered after Swift wrapped her final European concert at Wembley Stadium. The video offers a glimpse into Swift’s tour preparations and heartfelt performances.

Swift's official video for 'I Can Do It With a Broken Heart' has gone viral, trending at #25 as of Wednesday, August 21. In just over 11 hours since its release, the video has amassed over 5 million views and 33,000 comments.

Taylor Swift gives Swifties a double treat

Taylor Swift delighted her fans with a double treat, the release of a music video for her song 'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart' and a behind-the-scenes glimpse of her Eras Tour.

On August 20, following her final show of the European leg at Wembley Stadium in London, the music video premiered on the venue's large screen as Swift exited the stage. Taylor Nation, an account affiliated with Swift's team, later announced on X that the video would officially drop at 6 pm ET.

The music video features Swift and her dancers rehearsing for the Eras Tour which began in March 2023 in Glendale, Arizona, and has since taken her across the U.S., Mexico, South America, Australia, Asia, and Europe. The footage includes scenes of Swift rehearsing on soundstages, the Eras set, under the stage, and backstage with her team.

'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart' is from Swift's album 'The Tortured Poets Department' which released on April 19, 2024. The song appears to reflect Swift's experiences performing the tour while dealing with heartbreak, possibly related to her past relationships with Joe Alwyn, with whom she split in April 2023, or Matty Healy, whom she was rumored to be dating shortly after.

Currently, Swift is dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce who made a cameo during a skit on stage in June, just before Swift performed 'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart' in London.

With the European leg wrapped up, Swift will take a nearly two-month break before resuming the tour in Canada and various US cities. The tour is set to conclude on December 8, 2024, in Vancouver.
