Swift expressed her sincere congratulations to the 'Espresso' singer in an Instagram post following Carpenter's announcement that her Short 'n' Sweet tour of North America had officially sold out.

Swift, 34, sent Carpenter, 25, a heartfelt message of congratulations on Thursday, July 4, after the young singer announced via an Instagram post that her Short 'n' Sweet headlining tour across North America was officially sold out.
The former Disney star raised a toast to her other recent achievements, which included her partnership with Van Leeuwen on espresso-flavored ice cream, per People, and her consecutive smash singles, 'Expresso' and 'Please Please Please'.

Months after serving as Swift's opening act for the international leg of her Eras Tour, Carpenter will embark on her headline tour.
Following Carpenter's last performance with Swift on her wildly popular tour in March, Carpenter reflected on the "whirlwind" experience and expressed how "honored" she felt to have been involved.
Carpenter shared a heartfelt Instagram post to Swift in honor of her last tour stop in March, sharing memories of their time spent together.

Carpenter told Cosmopolitan in the same month that she considered herself truly fortunate to have been a part of the tour and to have seen Swift perform every night.
"It almost feels like a Broadway show because everything is so synchronized but at the same time feels so in the moment. That’s an art. It’s really hard to teach," Carpenter said at the time.
