Taylor Swift is 'terrified' as she feels Travis Kelce's sudden fame may harm their romance, claims source
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Within a year of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's relationship, the Chiefs tight end player shot to fame with acting roles, the success of his podcast 'New Heights,' and now a hosting position.
Although Swift is said to have supported him during his rise to popularity, insiders, as reported by SheKnows, assert that the 'TTPD' singer is reportedly terrified of his sudden prominence and believes it will eventually damage their relationship.
Taylor Swift is worried about Travis Kelce's fame
According to Heat World, “Taylor’s incredibly proud that Travis is having so much success, but it’s also bittersweet watching his career blow up. Part of her is terrified that he’ll become so successful it’ll somehow break them apart.”
The insider added, “Taylor’s dated plenty of famous guys, but the level of frenzy around Travis is insane. He’s in talks for mega-deals, and all the attention and offers he’s getting are starting to take over his life.”
"Taylor’s getting more and more attached to Travis, and her fears over being abandoned are creeping in,” they added.
The insider further said, "Everyone is telling her not to worry, and that Travis is totally devoted to her, but it’s hard for her not to stress because she’s been let down in the past. She’s totally in love with him and feeling vulnerable.”
Insider claims Swift wants a happy ending with Travis Kelce
Earlier a source told Page Six, "She (Taylor Swift) wants a happy ending with Travis,” adding “She is worried about jinxing things. She is nervous something will mess things up.”
"There’s very little oxygen between her life and fame,” the insider adds, noting that “Travis is a peacock, but he has never dated a celeb before, and she is one of the most famous women in the world. Right now he is enjoying everything and she is hoping that it stays like that.”
According to this insider, Taylor wants to make sure “he doesn’t get freaked out about the fame. That the constant-ness of it doesn’t get exhausting for him.”
Taylor, meanwhile, reportedly experienced a range of feelings after publishing Tortured Poets: "It's stressful, you feel vulnerable." That is her most intricate work of art.
Kelce, who will next be featured in 'Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?' previously stated that he feels "comfortable" in the spotlight.
He said, "I think it was all the home videos my mom used to have with the old camcorder, the handheld joint, at the house. I just always felt comfortable with the camera on me and the lights on me. I love a good challenge. I get excited for a challenge. Something that I haven't done before is something that really makes me focus…and there's something about that that I got a love for.”
