Taylor Swift earns 2026 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame nomination
The Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame (NaSHOF) officially unveiled its competitive list of 12 contemporary nominees, with Swift competing in the Contemporary Songwriter/Artist category.
This category honors individuals who write the songs that fuel their own global success. To qualify, nominees must have achieved significant commercial songwriting success dating back at least 20 years.
Swift is joined by country music stars Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton, along with multi-platinum hitmaker Phil Vassar. Out of these four nominees in the Contemporary Songwriter/Artist category, only one songwriter/artist will ultimately earn induction later this year.
