Taylor Swift skips Time gala despite Person of the Year honor

Taylor Swift kicked off her birthday celebration with close friends a day early with her close friends, including Selena Gomez and actor Miles Teller, in New York City.

While the rumors were the pop sensation was visiting the city to attend the Time gala where she was to be honored, the 'Anti-Hero' star chose to give it a miss to celebrate her birthday with her pals. For the occasion, Swift dressed up in a chic leather trench coat as she appeared at the Zero Bond club.

Megyn Kelly slams Taylor Swift for attending Gaza fundraiser comedy show

Journalist and former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly blasted Taylor Swift for attending Ramy Youssef's comedy show to raise humanitarian funds for Gaza on December 8.

Claiming that the pop star does not “know anything" about the Israel-Hamas situation, Kelly said, “I hope young Jewish women who paid exorbitant amounts to go to her concert and who paid more money still to go see her movie, understand that Taylor thought it would be a great idea to support [this] even.”

She added, “She owes Israelis and Jewish Americans an apology, and I hope they boycott her events until she issues it because attending this thing was wrong," before continuing, “Do some googling see what they do in Gaza to gays and see about women’s rights in Gaza, Taylor. Otherwise, [be quiet] when it comes to talking about those issues you clearly know nothing.”

Travis Kelce's friend Chetarah Jackson recently gushed over Taylor Swift and the NFL star's romance and said, “Taylor and Travis are so in love. It was so cute seeing them together and I can see them getting married."

Jackson further added, “Taylor is an absolute sweetheart. She is very down-to-earth and kind."

'The Voice' celebrated Taylor Swift theme

On Monday, December 12, nine contestants of the reality show 'The Voice' celebrated the achievements of Taylor Swift as they sang the 12-times Grammy-winning superstar's songs.

Apart from a fan-selected solo song, each of the contestants performed a Swift song with a pair of their fellow contestants.
