Taylor Swift wants to take a year off 'to see how things go' with Travis Kelce after lengthy Eras Tour
VANCOUVER, CANADA: After nearly two years on the road, Taylor Swift is preparing to take a well-earned break after the last show of her record-breaking Eras Tour on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada.
Since kicking off the global tour in Glendale, Arizona in March 2023, the pop icon has performed over 150 shows, and the wear and tear are starting to show.
Taylor Swift wants to 'see how things go' with Travis Kelce
"Taylor’s exhausted," an insider revealed to Us Weekly. They added, "She’s excited for some relaxation and downtime."
But for the pop star, who recently attended her sixth Kansas City Game at the Arrowhead Stadium this season to cheer on her beau, "downtime" doesn’t necessarily mean taking her foot off the creative pedal.
While she’s reportedly looking forward to rest, the 'Lover' singer is already brainstorming ideas for her next album and a potential future tour.
However, her next moves may depend on her relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce as she wants to prioritize her personal life as much as her professional one.
A source shared that the pop star has told her team she's taking "one year to see how things go" with Travis.
While the couple has given marriage a thought, they’re in no rush, as an insider explained, "Taylor does feel like Travis is The One, but jumping in is not her style. Marriage is a big deal, and she wants it to be forever."
As for starting a family, Travis and Taylor appear to be keeping that on the back burner. Their immediate focus is on building a life together.

Looking ahead, Taylor plans to host Christmas with both families and celebrate her 35th birthday on December 13 in New York City.
Known for her love of intimate celebrations, she’s planning a "quaint party with her closest friends," according to an insider.
"Taylor is excited about turning 35," the insider shared, adding, "She knows she’s accomplished so much."
The couple has reportedly planned to settle in Missouri until the NFL season ends, after which they’ll split their time between Travis' home base and Taylor's New York City pad.
