In her Instagram Story on Saturday, March 8, Mellencamp shared, “Thank you all for the support. I am feeling great and got approval from my doctors to ride today."

“This makes my heart and soul happy," she shared.

Mellencamp, who set her post to Christina Aguilera’s 'Fighter,' made it clear she did not welcome unsolicited advice about her activities.

“If I see you at the show today and you have the urge to try to tell me not to, I kindly ask you to refrain,” she wrote.

The 'Bravo' star also reposted a Page Six article about her cancer journey and reflected on her resilience.

“I unknowingly rode with huge tumors in my brain for six months, and those big ones are gone now. When you are sick or have cancer, your mental health is very important,” she explained.

“I must keep going and give myself joy and goals,” she added.
