KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: A new development has surfaced in the unfortunate shooting incident at the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl rally, with a third suspect facing second-degree murder charges as of Thursday, March 21st.
Terry Young, 20, now faces serious charges including second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action, as confirmed by Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker.

The incident, which occurred on February 14 near Kansas City's landmark Union Station, resulted in the death of local radio personality Elizabeth Lopez-Galvan, 43, and left 25 others wounded, including nine children.
Baker stated that the victims were caught in gunfire resulting from a verbal argument that escalated when the defendant and other individuals discharged firearms.
Following the bloodshed, Dominic Miller, 18, and Lyndell Mays, 23, were initially charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.
Additionally, two teenagers were charged as juveniles in family court for firearms offenses and resisting arrest.
Prosecutors have indicated their intent to seek adult charges for the minors as the investigation progresses, as per Daily Mail.

While all three suspects face murder charges, Baker noted that evidence suggests a bullet fired from Miller's weapon as the one that struck and killed Lopez-Galvan.
In Missouri, a conviction for second-degree murder carries a sentence ranging from 10 to 30 years in prison, or life imprisonment.
