NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'The View' co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, 69, and Joy Behar, 82, are reportedly furious over not getting their private dressing rooms and toilets on set, Radar Online reported on Monday, February 3.

Last year, the daytime ABC talk show was shifted to a new state-of-the-art studio in downtown Manhattan, after being based out of the network's Upper West Side headquarters for a decade.

While none of the co-hosts, which include Sara Haines, Ana Navarro, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin, were enthusiastic about the change, the two seniormost among them, Goldberg and Behar, complained the loudest.

An insider source told Radar that Goldberg and Behar are unable to adjust to the new studio, and their whinings have landed them on thin ice among others. While network host Tamron Hall attempted to help them embrace the change with jokes, it apparently failed to land.

"ABC's decision to force the co-hosts to share their brand-new, sparkling studio and dressing rooms with other network shows has set the daytime queens grumbling," said the insider. "While Tamron Hall has taken the changes in stride - even cracking jokes about leaving sticky notes for Whoopi – the fun didn't land."

"Instead, Whoopi and Joy are doubling down on their prima donna doings. They've made it clear that they're the bosses," they continued. "The vibe is tense, with side-eyes and snide remarks flying. It's like sharing a studio and dressing rooms is an insult."

"Tamron's been gracious and professional, but Whoopi and Joy act like they're too big to play nice. The View might bring in big ratings, but this kind of behavior is wearing thin," added the source.

Whoopi Goldberg's restroom woes

Among the co-hosts, EGOT-winning Goldberg is known to be most vocal about her discomfort with not being provided with a private en suite bathroom.

"Prior to the move, she had the biggest dressing room of anybody, with a shower and toilet all to herself and she's gotten used to it," shared the source. "She doesn't want to share and she's complaining to everybody and they're getting sick of it."

While no one is enthusiastic about the current arrangement, the insider noted, "'The View' is under enormous pressure right now — as everyone knows, the show is on the line. It's a key year and wasting everyone's time is off-limits, but here Whoopi is, complaining loud and clear."

As such, several of Goldberg's colleagues have told her to "get it together and stop whining."
