Haddish dressed herself up as Mrs Claus to participate in the event organized to benefit the needy.
Recounting her November 2023 arrest, she cracked up, saying, "Girl, I know I’m gonna be all right, I’ve been through way worse than this - I'm sorry, but you ain’t lived till you got arrested in Beverly Hills, OK?"
Speaking about her stay in the jail of the area code 90210, she quipped, "It’s beautiful over there. I’ve been in quite a few jails - just like the rest of y’all - I can tell some of y’all been to jail, I still smell jail."
The comedian continued, "If you’re gonna do something, I say get arrested over there 'cause that jail is nice...that jail was nice - it’s so clean!"
The 'Girls Trip' star mentioned that since she "ate four times" on Thanksgiving before her arrest, she "didn’t even have to eat" while being in custody. However, the officers still offered her "juice and stuff."
She further added that she started her menstrual cycle while being behind bars, but her experience was surprising. She disclosed, "I’m bleeding in the jail, OK cool ... but they had the best maxi pads. I’ve never seen pads so big," and jokingly stated they could easily be used as pillows.
The 'Night School' star noted she "was comfortable" in the jail cell to rest for some time and added, "It was beautiful - wonderful experience!"

In late November, Haddish was arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department after she was found driving under the influence. She appeared to be found slumped down over the driving wheel while the engine was running.
The Emmy-winning actress was arrested around 7.30 am on November 24 and given a misdemeanor DUI charge - her second in less than two years. She was released on the same day in the afternoon with a citation.
She also took accountability for her arrest, saying, "This will never happen again," and noted, "I'm going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries," as per USA Today.
