Renting out the Reschio Hotel—a 10th-century castle turned luxurious retreat—the mother of two hosted an "induction holiday" for her famous family and close friends.

A source disclosed, "Kris, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall - they'd all met Chalamet before but the relationship was very new at that point and they wanted to get to know him properly."

"It wasn’t until Timothee went on that holiday with the girls and Kris—and a bunch of Kylie’s friends—that he was considered part of the family. It was sort of like an induction holiday," the source added.

"And that's really where Kylie and Timothee fell in love, they came back from that holiday a real couple. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other, kissing by the pool," the insider noted.

Nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the Reschio Hotel is a picturesque hideaway surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees, and sweeping views of the Italian countryside.

The 1,000-year-old castle, restored to its former glory, reportedly became the backdrop for Kylie and Timothee's whirlwind romance.

The couple, who had been dating for six months at the time, spent their days indulging in the hotel’s unparalleled amenities.

From pasta-making classes and wild swimming in Lake Trasimeno to romantic picnics of Italian wine, pastries, and flowers, their love story seemed straight out of a movie.

As the ultimate birthday gift for Kylie, Timothee whisked her away for a private picnic in a secluded meadow, complete with a bouquet of flowers.

Babysitting services, purebred Spanish stallions for horseback rides, and even a library cat ruled a national treasure add to the hotel’s unique allure.

The estate’s heated oval pool, shaded by mature cypress trees, creates the illusion of swimming among the vineyards, while the wine cellars have been transformed into a serene spa.

By the end of the holiday, Kylie and Timothee were ready to face the public eye as a couple. 

Just weeks after their Italian escape, the duo confirmed their relationship with a kiss at the US Open in September 2024.  

Their love has since grown stronger, and the two were recently pictured together at the 2025 Golden Globes, where they once again shared a tender kiss.
