LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Timothee Chalamet’s family members are reportedly warning him against planning a future with Kylie Jenner.

The ‘Dune’ star has apparently already chosen a $300,000 diamond-encrusted ring for his lady love and is expected to propose to her soon, but his family members are not happy about it, as per The US Sun.

Two people close to Timothee have claimed that it would be "a terrible mistake" if they ended up tying the knot.

Family member believes Kylie Jenner is with Timothee Chalamet to 'stay in the spotlight'

One unnamed family member, who is unsure of their compatibility, said, "It's a mystery. Many of us don't understand how they connect and click."

They claimed that 'The Kardashians' star's "eagerness for attention" has led to issues within the Chalamet household, with some feeling "furious" over the relationship.

"I think she's only with him so she can stay in the spotlight. She's done this before in her previous relationships with other artists and rappers," the unnamed family member added.

Another source, a childhood friend of the 29-year-old actor, compared Jenner to someone who loves to "live and die in the spotlight." They also alleged that she’s only using Timothee's name and stardom to keep herself relevant.

The friend asserted that the ‘A Complete Unknown’ star "is a very simple person—he doesn’t need much to be happy."

This comes after reports claimed that Timothee has already begun looking for a perfect wedding venue and could propose to Jenner this year.

About the couple, an insider said, "In the opinion of many of us, they're not a match made in heaven. It’s quite the opposite. She isn’t the one for him."

Timothee Chalamet's sister Pauline Chalamet appears to take a dig at Kylie Jenner

Meanwhile, it seems Timothee Chalamet’s sister, Pauline Chalamet, who has previously called out billionaires, does not like the 27-year-old TV personality, as The Mirror reported that she appeared to take an indirect dig at Kylie Jenner, who was dubbed the "youngest-ever self-made billionaire" by Forbes in 2019, via her Instagram Stories.

Referring to a New York Times article, Pauline shared her thoughts on wealth inequality. She wrote, "New York Times, liberal bias, yes yes yes I get it. But this one by @nickkristof is worth the read. It's about empathy and humanity."

"The United States faces a tremendous number of domestic issues. Our maternal mortality rate is embarrassing, our way of shopping and eating food completely out of season makes no sense, we're spoiled in our desire to BLAST ACs and heat, our INSANE wealth disparity is sick, the list literally goes ON and ON," she added.

The 33-year-old also noted, "BUT just take a second and think about the fact that LESS THAN 1% of all of our money goes to humanitarian aid. That money is insignificant in fixing any of the larger problems that play in the United States."
