LOUISIANA, UNITED STATES: Gypsy Rose Blanchard has been captivating social media with updates on her life after prison. However, recent videos shared by fans celebrating a 'Happy Release Day' for Gypsy have stirred mixed reactions among internet users.

In her latest docuseries, 'The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard', she also made a new revelation about shooting her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, with a BB gun 10 times.

Additionally, Gypsy also unveiled a social media post from a devoted fan in her e-book, 'Released: Conversations on the Eve of Freedom'. The fan expressed a desire to assist Gypsy in escaping from prison, a revelation that resulted in Gypsy being placed in solitary confinement due to concerns about a potential prison break.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's fans organize 'Happy Release Day' 

In a recent tweet on X, @PopCrave shared news about fans initiating a movement to create videos commemorating Gypsy's release from prison, marking the occasion as a 'Happy Release Day.'

According to @PopCrave, "Gypsy Rose fans from all over the world wish her a happy release from prison on the @HAPPYBDAYFRlEND app."

Fans have flooded Gypsy with messages encouraging her to embrace life to the fullest and have a joyful time. They are also celebrating the fact that Gypsy is no longer in prison.



 

Gypsy was granted parole and released from prison on December 28, 2023, after serving eight and a half years of her 10-year sentence.

She had pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the 2015 killing of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, with the assistance of her boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, who is currently serving a life sentence.

Upon her release from prison, Gypsy quickly immersed herself in the world of social media, amassing millions of followers within just a few days. She marked this newfound freedom by sharing a selfie, captioning it as the 'first selfie of freedom.'
