According to a recent report, "Tom has been wining and dining Irina at the fanciest restaurants and sending her extravagant gifts and huge bouquets of flowers in a bid to take things to the next level."

Shayk has been on and off for several months because of Bradley Cooper's "offensive interference," according to a source. Cooper is the father of Shayk's 6-year-old daughter Lea De Seine.

During a romantic Italian vacation, Irina and Cooper were just beginning to get hot and heavy after meeting at a wedding last summer.
