Tom Sandoval secures two-year restraining order against ex-GF Victoria Robinson
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A court has approved Tom Sandoval’s restraining order against his former girlfriend, Victoria Robinson.
The TV personality was granted the two-year domestic violence restraining order on Thursday, October 1, as reported by PEOPLE. It is valid till October 1, 2028.
Victoria Robinson has to leave Tom Sandoval's Los Angeles residence immediately
As per the order, Robinson has to leave Sandoval’s Los Angeles house at the earliest. She has also been barred from contacting her ex-boyfriend, either directly or indirectly, and has to maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from him.
In addition, the model has been instructed to leave any event where Sandoval is also invited. She’s not even allowed to own any firearms or ammunition while the restraining order is active.
Tom Sandoval accused Victoria Robinson of punching him
The new order came months after Sandoval first filed for protection from Robinson in June, accusing her of verbally and physically abusing him. In his request, he also named the 34-year-old’s father, Will Robinson, who was “visibly intoxicated” during the June 3 incident that turned violent.
As per the restaurateur, 43, he pushed Will away “to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr. Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me.” He even asserted that “at no point did I pursue Mr Robinson.”
Sandoval even accused his ex of punching him in the face, which apparently left him with blurred vision and persistent pain.
On her part, Robinson filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Sandoval in July. But it was denied.
Tom Sandoval’s rep claimed he 'lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks'
Also, at the time, a spokesperson for Sandoval told PEOPLE, “During their 2½-year relationship, Tom has made it clear he never physically harmed Victoria. Instead, he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior.”
“He will show he was the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse, and has substantial evidence documenting what he endured, which will be presented through the legal process,” the representative added.
Victoria Robinson denied attacking Tom Sandoval
Later in early August, Sandoval filed a new declaration in his ongoing restraining order request, alleging that Robinson once kicked him “repeatedly in the groin while hurling expletives and insults toward me.”
He even accused her of “illicit and highly disruptive” behavior. But as per Robinson, she “did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him. I am trying to move on with my life, and I keep getting pulled back into this.”
