LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tori Spelling has made headlines once again with her recent move to a $15,000 a month rental home in the West San Fernando Valley.

This shift comes just six months after the 'Beverly Hills 90210' star and her children were forced to evacuate their home in Hidden Hills due to mold infestation, according to PageSix.

Spelling who has been reportedly “struggling monetarily" moved into a San Fernando Valley home which has a lavish five-bedroom, three-bath home.

The 3,000-square-foot house, boasting a rent of $15,000, features upscale amenities including a spa, pool area, plenty of living space for her family of six, and an upgraded stainless steel kitchen with blue cabinetry.

The 50-year-old actress secured the keys to the property after she put down a $7,500 security deposit.

This shift marks the fourth relocation for Spelling and her family since their departure from their rental home in July.

Speaking to ET, an insider shared at the time that the actress who was amid severe financial woes was trying to look at the RV stay "as a mini vacation rather than a living situation."

McDermott, who announced the split from Spelling in June 2023 after 17 years of their marriage, was "legit mortified" over his estranged wife's living situation.

"They do not understand why she would be doing this unless for sympathy. She has money," a source previously told Daily Mail.

While Spelling was slammed for letting her children live through a difficult living situation, her friend and Barstool Sports personality Joey Camasta countered these criticisms and suggested she might be trying to teach her children a lesson.

"I think her saying no to Josh is just saying, ‘Thank you, I appreciate it, but I’m good,'" the friend added.

"'I’m gonna teach my kids this lesson of resilience and show them that Mommy was raised with the money, and it didn’t get me where it should be," the source added.

"I want to teach you kids that working hard and doing what it takes to take care of your family and stay together is ultimately what’s important,'" Camasta added.
