KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: According to reports, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, are set to finalize a nine-figure deal for the 'New Heights' podcast.

Super Bowl winners Jason and Travis Kelce are reportedly seeking a lucrative deal with Wondery due to the significant attention their 'New Heights' podcast has garnered.

Kelce brothers reportedly hoping to sign a $100 million deal for 'New Heights' podcast

The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, July 30, that the Kelce brothers have been negotiating with Wondery, the podcast network owned by Amazon, about a potential $100 million deal for their weekly show.

Although the report did not include many details, Edison Podcast Metrics data mentioned in the story indicates that the NFL players and brothers host the fourth-most popular podcast in the United States.

'New Heights' was already popular when the two NFL brothers launched it in September 2022.

However, Travis' romance with pop sensation Taylor Swift— a major storyline during the 2023 NFL season—has further boosted the show's popularity.

The audience was captivated by the romance between Travis and Taylor, especially as she made references to him in her songs, which further boosted the podcast's visibility.

The Kelces have broadened their ventures beyond their podcast. They recently announced an exciting partnership with General Mills to create a new cereal called 'Kelce Mix.'

The limited-edition breakfast cereal will feature the brothers' three favorite cereals: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and Reese's Puffs, all included in one box, per the New York Post.

Enthusiastic about the new cereal mix, Travis earlier remarked, "I’ve said I’d eat a whole box of Reese’s Puffs cereal in one sitting, and while I still stand by that, our creation might just become the new MVP of the cereal aisle."

Kelce brothers' profitable partnership comes after podcast industry continues to grow extensively

Jason and Travis' potential profitable partnership with Wondery comes as Alex Cooper is nearing a $100 million contract with Sirius for her 'Call Her Daddy' podcast.

Furthermore, Trevor Noah and Spotify are in discussions about a deal for streaming season two of his 'What Now' podcast. Meanwhile, Joe Rogan signed a $250 million contract with the platform for 'The Joe Rogan Experience' in 2020, per Daily Mail.

The Kelces' podcast was a huge success, quickly becoming one of the most listened-to sports podcasts, showcasing the rapid growth of the podcast industry.

The 'New Heights' podcast has evolved significantly since its inception. Initially, the brothers recorded from different locations in a conference-style format. Now, they have expanded to include in-person episodes, such as a live performance at the University of Cincinnati and a Philadelphia-themed bar in London.

The name 'New Heights,' chosen by the brothers in 2022, has been significant to its rise. The podcast's undeniable success is also tied to the well-publicized romance between Travis and Taylor.

The news of the multimillion-dollar deal emerged just a few months after Jason's NFL retirement. He played for the Eagles for 13 seasons, earning one Super Bowl victory, six All-Pro awards, and seven Pro Bowl selections.

Jason is preparing to start working as an analyst on 'Monday Night Countdown' on ESPN. Meanwhile, Travis is at training camp as the Chiefs aim to win their third consecutive Super Bowl in February.
