NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In response to Kanye West’s latest explosive and baseless social media tirade, Taylor Swift has reportedly issued a cease and desist against the rapper and her boyfriend Travis Kelce is reportedly "outraged" about the same.

West's rants included disturbing and entirely false claims involving Swift and her ex, Harry Styles, and Justin Bieber, pushing the pop star to take legal action after years of staying above the fray.

Taylor Swift takes legal action against Kanye West over vile lies

Kanye West's accusations included graphic fabrications about alleged explicit encounters between Taylor Swift, Harry Styles and Justin Bieber.

West also claimed Swift contributed to the decline of his career, specifically citing her as a reason he was never chosen to perform at the Super Bowl.

“This isn’t just gossip,” one source told The Daily Mail. “This is [West] sexually harassing a woman, defaming her, and intending to cause harm to her and her career.”

The insider further said that West’s latest defamatory stance against Swift “left (her) with no other option" but to send a cease and desist letter to the rapper. The cease and desist puts West on notice to refrain from making any more statements about the 'Lover' singer.

“This never happened,” a Styles insider stated, calling West’s comments “so disrespectful".

Bieber’s team also called the claims “100 percent untrue".

Travis Kelce considers 'man-to-man' confrontation with Kanye West

While Taylor Swift is handling the legal route, her boyfriend Travis Kelce is reportedly fuming behind the scenes.

The Kansas City Chiefs star is said to be “outraged” by West’s outbursts and, according to sources, has even considered confronting West "man-to-man."

“Taylor’s clearly upset, and Travis is obviously supporting her,” one insider shared. “There must be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face," they added.

Kelce is reportedly torn—he doesn’t want to give West’s conspiracies more airtime, but he’s also fiercely protective of Swift and deeply frustrated by the rapper’s continued harassment.

“Responding publicly only gives more oxygen to his harmful lies,” a source explained.

The Kanye West-Taylor Swift beef

For those who’ve lost track, this isn’t the first chapter in the ongoing Kanye West vs Taylor Swift feud, but it might be one of the ugliest.

It all began in 2009, when West famously hijacked Swift’s acceptance speech at the MTV VMAs.

Things escalated in 2016 with the release of West’s song 'Famous,' in which he rapped: "Why? I made that b***h famous.”

West and then-wife Kim Kardashian tried to twist the narrative by releasing edited phone call clips, claiming Swift had approved of the lyrics. But the full recording of the call later released vindicated the pop star.

Since then, Swift had largely chosen silence. But this latest incident has made it clear: she's done staying quiet.

“[Swift] is no longer the young woman Kanye humiliated onstage years ago,” a source concluded. “She’s stronger now, and she’s not alone.”
