WASHINGTON, DC: Amid his numerous responsibilities, President Donald Trump took a moment on the evening of March 19 to praise his youngest son, Barron, as he turned 19.

Speaking about their close relationship, Trump called Barron a "smart guy," noting his natural talent with technology.

Barron, born on March 20, 2006, to Donald and Melania Trump, is currently enrolled at the Stern School of Business after graduating from Florida's prestigious Osbridge Academy last year. Donald is also the father of Eric, Don Jr, Ivanka, and Tiffany.

In an interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham on March 19, the president shared that Barron has an impressive aptitude for tech.

When asked whether his son was more inclined toward politics or business, Trump responded, “Maybe technology! He can look at a computer -- I try turning off this guy’s ... I turn off his laptop ... and I go back five minutes later he’s got his laptop. I said, ‘How’d you do that? None of your business, dad'."

Donald also took the opportunity to express his pride in his other four children, emphasizing how fortunate he feels to have five hardworking children who have all been accepted into prestigious colleges and love their country.

"I’m lucky. Look, you have to be a little bit lucky too," Trump said. "They are very smart and they’re good kids. And they work hard, and they love our country and they’re proud of their father. And we have a very good relationship."

Barron has also begun to carve out his own path within the Trump family, gaining attention for his role in helping his father reach younger voters.

Barron advised his father on which popular podcasts to appear on during the 2024 presidential campaign to attract the coveted under-30 demographic.

First lady Melania Trump shared with 'Fox & Friends' in December, "He brought in so many young people. He knows his generation because nowadays the young generation, they don’t sit in front of TV anymore."

Barron has also launched a luxury real estate venture with two business partners.

The company, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc, was incorporated in Wyoming last July and is set to relaunch in spring 2025, with Mar-a-Lago as its headquarters.

The venture will focus on high-end real estate projects, including golf courses and properties in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho, as per New York Post.
