Trump says ‘no money will be exchanged’ as final Iran-Hormuz deal terms emerge
WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald J Trump has publicly unsealed his final, non-negotiable conditions for a comprehensive truce framework with Iran, declaring that "no money will be exchanged" to secure a deal.
Writing in an expansive post on Truth Social, the President detailed the rigid requirements necessary to permanently freeze the three-month Persian Gulf conflict, signaling that secret international negotiations have officially entered their final, high-stakes verification stage.

Iran must agree that they will never have a Nuclear Weapon or Bomb. The Hormuz Strait must be immediately open, no tolls, for unrestricted shipping traffic, in both directions. All water mines (bombs), if any, will be terminated (we have removed, through detonation,… pic.twitter.com/gvssmW4kqR
Trump laid down an absolute mandate regarding global energy transit, asserting that the strategic Strait of Hormuz must be immediately open for unrestricted shipping traffic in both directions, with absolutely no foreign tolls or regulatory permits allowed.
The President confirmed that while American underwater mine sweepers have already removed numerous water mines through detonation, Tehran must complete the immediate removal of any remaining naval explosives to guarantee commercial safety.
Pentagon prepares nuclear material excavation
The most striking condition focuses on the absolute elimination of Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile, which the President referred to as "Nuclear Dust."
Trump revealed the material is currently buried deep underground beneath mountains that collapsed during a targeted American B-2 bomber attack executed 11 months ago.
Under the pending terms, the United States and China, which Trump identified as the only nations holding the mechanical capability to do so, will unearth and destroy the material.
The complex excavation operation will be conducted in close coordination with the Islamic Republic of Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
President convenes Situation Room finale
Trump confirmed that the unprecedented naval blockade of Iranian ports will be lifted, allowing commercial ships trapped in the region to finally head home.
While smaller items have been agreed to, the President emphasized that no financial assets will be released to Tehran, directly defying earlier reports of multi-billion dollar concessions.
The White House statement landed immediately after Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei warned that the United States would no longer have a haven for its military bases in West Asia.
Unmoved by the clerical rhetoric, Trump announced he was heading into the Situation Room to make a final determination, putting the full burden of war or peace on Tehran's compliance.
