WASHINGTON, DC: In a new social media post, President Donald Trump urged his supporters — and his own administration — to direct all their efforts toward confronting what he described as widespread election fraud. He framed the issue as urgent and accused federal authorities of failing to act decisively.

In the post, Trump declared, “We must focus all of our energy and might on ELECTION FRAUD!!” He argued that the Department of Justice had not taken sufficient steps on election-integrity matters and said stronger action was needed from federal leadership.

He also reshared a podcast episode featuring investigative journalist Lara Logan. The interview included allegations from a former CIA officer who claimed foreign influence campaigns and intelligence failures had compromised the integrity of US elections. Logan’s discussion centered on what she characterized as deep, systemic interference carried out over multiple election cycles.

In a separate post, Trump wrote, “FREE TINA PETERS, WHO SITS IN A COLORADO PRISON, DYING & OLD, FOR ATTEMPTING TO EXPOSE VOTER FRAUD IN THE RIGGED 2O20 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION!!!”

Tina Peters, a former Mesa County elections official, was convicted of felony charges for tampering with election equipment in 2020 while promoting Trump’s claims of fraud.

Trump’s comments arrived alongside new political controversy sparked by a whistleblower memo involving Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. The memo, submitted by former Trump attorney and journalist Christina Bobb, accused the Democratic Attorneys General Association of giving Mayes $200,000

According to the filing, the money was allegedly exchanged for prosecutorial influence granted to a nonprofit group, the States United Democracy Center. Bobb reportedly delivered the memo to the Department of Justice in June and described the document as “pretty radioactive,” noting that she was unsure whether federal officials would pursue it campaigns, systemic interference with US elections, and compromised intelligence agencies.

Freshman Representative Abe Hamadeh also entered the debate. Earlier this month, he sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi urging a formal federal investigation into the allegations. Speaking with The Gateway Pundit, Hamadeh said he had made his concerns clear to White House officials and planned to keep pushing for action. He referenced his own narrowly decided 2022 race, which resulted in Mayes taking office as attorney general.

Hamadeh called for the Justice Department to “use every single tool” to investigate what he considers the weaponization of prosecutorial power by left-leaning officials. He also urged scrutiny of alleged election-integrity breaches across multiple states.

The Logan interview, Trump’s posts, and the emergence of the whistleblower memo have renewed partisan conflict over election integrity, placing both Mayes and federal investigators under fresh public pressure.
