Internet outraged as Trump declares he will deport 'anti-American' protesters if re-elected
WILDWOOD, NEW JERSEY: Former President Donald Trump issued a warning about how he plans to suppress political uprisings in the United States if elected in November.
Speaking at a campaign rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday, May 11, the Republican presumptive nominee criticized the pro-Palestine protesters at campuses across the nation and threatened to deport those who brought "anti-Americanism" into the US, according to Rolling Stone.
"When I'm president, we will not allow colleges to be taken over by violent radicals," Trump declared.
"If you come here from another country and try to bring jihadism, or anti-Americanism, or antisemitism to our campuses we will immediately deport you, you'll be out of that school," he added.
The ex-president also falsely alleged that President Joe Biden's political donors were funding the campus protests.
Trump's campaign claimed that around 80,000 people attended the rally held at the coastal city of South Jersey Shore.
Trump criticized Biden's decision to halt arms supply to Israel
The MAGA spearhead lashed out at his Democratic opponent over his decision to withhold weapons shipment to Israel.
"Crooked Joe's action is one of the worst betrayals of an American ally in the history of our country," Trump said, adding. "I support Israel's right to win its war on terror, is that OK?"
The Biden administration last week halted shipments of powerful 2000-pound bombs as an opposition to its Jewish ally's full-scale invasion plan on Rafah.
In response to Biden's change of policy towards Israel, the ex-president had often criticized the Jewish Democrats who would vote for the incumbent in November. For instance, recently, he suggested Biden-supporting Jews should "have their heads examined."
Trump not only criticized the current administration's change in approach towards Israel, but he also condemned Biden's environmental policy, which aims to promote the use of electric vehicles, branding it as an "insane electric vehicle mandate."
A recent report by The New York Post claimed that last month, the former president met with top oil executives at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida and demanded a $1 billion campaign donation to reverse Biden's environmental rules if he returns to the White House.
Trump was back on the campaign trail after completing the fourth week of the ongoing hush money trial.
He faces 34 counts for falsifying business records to hide a hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election in exchange for her silence about their alleged sexual encounter.
Internet slams Trump
Trump's plan to deport "anti-American" protesters sparked outrage among netizens.
One user said, "He is unfit for office." Meanwhile, another asked, "What kind of democracy is that?"
A user called Trump a "Degenerated and reactionary kook," and another labeled him "A complete disgrace."
"Free speech for me but not for thee," read a response.

"Deport them to where?? What a clown show," someone else chimed in. An individual wrote, "It doesn't occur to 'Heil Drrumpf' that many of the student protesters are white Americans."
