LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: At 68, Vanna White continues to dazzle on-screen, but behind the scenes, insiders are reportedly worried that the 'Wheel of Fortune' star is putting her health at risk in pursuit of staying youthful and slender.

Sources close to White have expressed a growing concern over her weight loss and fitness habits, noting her frame has become increasingly fragile.

“Vanna’s arms are like twigs, and her wrists look so fragile, and her hip bones poke out,” a source revealed, adding that she’s extremely self-conscious about staying toned, especially for her signature strapless looks.

“She's looking really skinny now, and the sad part is she thinks she's too flabby and needs toning up”, they added.

White, who stands at 5-foot-6 and is said to weigh just under 110 pounds, recently shared a video from Hawaii doing push-ups before a taping, an example of her dedication to keeping her arms camera-ready.

“I wear a lot of strapless stuff, so I try to keep my arms in shape, so I do a few push-ups,” she explained in the clip.

Insiders claimed that White's eating habits are just as strict. “She eats hardly anything,” one said.

“For lunch, she'll take a bite of chicken to feel sated and that's it. She avoids sweets and salt that will make her feel bloated before a taping. If she's feeling empty, she'll have five or six raw almonds. People used to laugh at her antics, but now it's getting worrisome. Friends would like to see her sit down and have a balanced meal,” they added.

Dr Gabe Mirkin, a physician who has not treated White, commented that while she still appears to have muscle, ongoing “calorie restriction can result in loss of muscle, and then she would be harming herself.”

Even with the curtain closing on Pat Sajak’s legendary run as host of 'Wheel of Fortune', his decades-long friendship with co-host Vanna White hasn’t missed a beat.

In a recent interview, White revealed that their off-screen relationship remains strong, even after Sajak's departure from the iconic game show in June 2024.

“I still see him! We're friends. We have dinner,” White shared with TV Insider, confirming that their connection has endured beyond their final taping. “Yeah, he's still in my life.”

“It's like slipping into something very comfortable,” she added, reflecting on their shared history of over 8,000 episodes together since the early 1980s.
