What did restaurant say about the fire accident?
The official page of the eatery confirmed that the restaurant is once again open for patrons, reports Us Weekly.
“Flecha Cantina @shoptownsquare #LasVegas. Open 11AM to 11PM- stop in and elevate your vibe✨ #LV #Flecha #FlechaCantina #TownSquare” read the video caption.
A concerned user asked, “I heard there was a small fire yesterday on the patio? Hope everyone is ok,” adding "See you all soon! Love your food.. love the atmosphere.”
The outlet responded to the person saying,“There was a minor fire on the Flecha Cantina patio last night. There were no injuries and TSLV thanks LVFD for their prompt response. Flecha is open normal business hours.”
The fire occurred the night before Mark Wahlberg was expected to celebrate a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 7, three weeks after the restaurant opened on September 14. The event will continue as planned, according to People.
Meanwhile, Randy Sharpe, CEO of the Wahlburg's group of restaurants also shared details on the fire incident. “The whole front of the building has reflective windows, so it made it look pretty spectacular, but not in a good way,” Sharpe said, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal.
“The fire department came out quickly; they suppressed it. It was out in 20 minutes. It was very minor. Fortunately, it wasn’t worse,” he added.
