WASHINGTON, DC: Rep Ronny Jackson and victims of past terror attacks in Israel have filed a lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of knowingly and unlawfully providing over $1.5 billion in aid to Gaza and the West Bank.

They claim this support allows US taxpayer money to indirectly fund Palestinian terror groups like Hamas, stated the New York Post.

According to an updated complaint filed on March 25, President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken have "known for years" that US funding is giving "material support" for Hamas' "tunnels, rockets, weapon procurement, and command and control facilities," among other terror facilities.

Despite internal alerts warning of the "high risk" of funds falling into the hands of terrorist organizations, President Biden and his aides have continued to advocate for funding to the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and other groups in the West Bank and Gaza since assuming office.

This persistence raises concerns about potential violations of the Taylor Force Act, signed into law by President Donald Trump in 2018, which aimed to prevent US funds from supporting terrorist activities.

Rosalynn Carter, who passed away on November 19 at the age of 96, was married to former U.S. President Jimmy Carter for 77 years. In her lifetime she was an activist and writer known to be an advocate for the elderly, affordable housing, mental health, and the protection of monarch butterflies. The lawsuit alleges that assistance provided for infrastructure, social services, and education inadvertently enabled the Palestinian Authority to divert its own resources towards supporting terrorism, despite being prohibited from receiving US funds under the Taylor Force Act.

Additionally, newly obtained emails obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests have been included in the case, originally initiated by the conservative organization America First Legal in 2023. These emails provide further evidence of the administration's efforts to undermine Israel.

Reed Rubinstein, an attorney representing America First and a former US Deputy Associate Attorney General under the Trump administration, conveyed to the New York Post, "It’s evident that they entered office with a clear intent and policy to reverse the actions taken by the Trump administration regarding Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem."

He added, "They knew that by increasing the money, we were going to see increased terror attacks. … And they did it anyway. These folks came in with an absolute agenda to empower the Palestinians [and] flood money into Gaza and the West Bank."

The special representative for Palestinian affairs, Hady Amr, sent an email to George Noll, the head of the US Office of Palestinian Affairs, on March 1, 2021, which is now part of the file.

In the email, Amr discusses the "progress" Palestinians were reportedly making leading up to the legislative elections in Israel scheduled for that month.

In a seriously redacted message, Amr informed Noll, "Got the memo on elections. We are making progress. This is great."

Internet fumes as lawsuit claims Biden knowingly and unlawfully gave $1.5B which funded Hamas

People on the internet slammed President Trump as a lawsuit alleged that the Biden administration has "knowingly and illegally" contributed more than $1.5 billion in aid to Gaza and the West Bank, allowing US tax funds to "subsidize" Palestinian terror groups like Hamas.

A user wrote on X, "Maybe we can impeach him… and for the immigration processing centers he is building around the world," while one added, "In his defense, he thought Hamas was an ice cream company."

A person added, "Every Democrat is to blame for the middle east and US souther border chaos," whereas one mentioned, "At this point, I’m not even surprised." [sic]

A person also stated, "He doesn’t know what’s going on. So half right," while one wrote, "Can we really be sure Joe Biden knowingly does anything, anymore?"
