"And you wanna know what? It’s about time, people. It is about time. Diddy done," she said.
Inside Sean 'Diddy' Combs' charges
Sean 'Diddy' Combs is currently jailed in Brooklyn, New York, following a September 2024 arrest.
He faces serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, human trafficking, and related crimes. The indictment highlights alleged exploitative acts during infamous “freak offs,” where explicit activities were reportedly taped.
Combs has denied the allegations, but multiple accusers have emerged since his arrest.
Wendy Williams breaks silence on conservatorship woes
Beyond her fiery comments on Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Wendy Williams shared her ongoing struggles under a court-ordered conservatorship.
“I don’t know whether I’m allowed to fly to Miami to say happy birthday to my dad,” she said tearfully, referring to his upcoming 94th birthday.
Her niece, Alex Finnie, revealed that Williams has not undergone a medical evaluation to determine if her rights can be restored.
Williams shared how even simple decisions are out of her hands.
“I wanted to see my thyroid doctor, but my guardian said I won’t be going because my current medication is ‘perfect.’ This is my life, people,” she lamented.
Family’s efforts to free Wendy Williams
Wendy Williams’ family, including her brother Tommy, has been advocating for her release from the conservatorship.
Tommy has even started selling “Free Wendy” merchandise to raise funds for legal efforts, according to OK!
The TV star’s plight was also documented in 'Where Is Wendy Williams?' a Lifetime documentary that aired in February 2024, showing her struggle with alcohol and her fallout from public life.
Williams' son Kevin Hunter Jr has been vocal about his mother’s struggles, posting on Instagram in December 2024 that she is “sober” and longs to “come home.”
“Isolation is killing her faster than anything else,” he added.
Wendy Williams' shocking return to spotlight
Wendy Williams has been largely absent from the public eye since her talk show ended in 2022.
Her return to 'The Breakfast Club' podcast marked a rare and explosive moment, as she exposed her struggles while commenting on one of hip-hop’s biggest scandals.
As she continues her fight for autonomy, Williams remains vocal about her circumstances.
“I am not cognitively impaired, but I feel like I am in prison. I’m definitely isolated. To talk to these people who live here, that is not my cup of tea,” she declared.
