The event followed amid Williams’ ongoing health challenges.
She was diagnosed with aphasia and dementia in May 2023 and has been under legal guardianship overseeing her health and finances.
Her legal guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, less than a month ago described Williams as “permanently incapacitated” in court filings according to TMZ.
Morrissey also sued Lifetime and A&E Television Networks in February 2024, claiming the documentary 'Where Is Wendy Williams?' exploited her condition.
Following the legal battle her health conditions were revealed. At the time, Williams’ family admitted they had limited contact with her and were unaware of her diagnosis as per People.
