‘World desperate to know you': Halle Bailey welcomes son Halo with BF DDG after keeping pregnancy hidden

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Halle Bailey is a mother now! 'The Little Mermaid' actress recently took to her Instagram to share the news of her welcoming a baby boy.

Bailey, who never confirmed her pregnancy, took to her Instagram on January 6 to share the news of welcoming a baby boy with her boyfriend DDG, 26.

The 23-year-old star shared a photo of her holding the little hand of her son who is wearing a gold bracelet with the name 'HALO' engraved in it.

The actress, who is fiercely private, wrote in the caption, "Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.."

Revealing his name, the R&B singer added, "Welcome to the world my halo 🥰👼🏽 ✨the world is desperate to know you 😉🤣♥️."

Bailey has been in a relationship with DDG for almost two years after going Instagram official in March 2022, per People.

Earlier in November 2023, Bailey snapped at a fan on Snapchat for commenting the 'Angel' singer looked like she had a "pregnancy nose" in a photo she posted online.

The 'Cool People' singer shared a video where she said, "Listen, if I see one more person say something about my nose one more time, it's going to be hell to pay," per People.

She continued, "You know why? Because I'm Black. I love my nose," she continued. "What are you concerned about my nose for? Leave me the hell alone."
