LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Aniston is showing off the intense exercise she does to stay fit as she motivates her fans to remain consistent with their workout routine.

Jennifer Aniston wants fans to embrace the Monday blues

In the video, Aniston is seen balancing exercises and doing mountain climbers. She then started doing push-ups and fell to the ground as Coleman laughed.

In the clip, the 'Morning Show' star is going hard doing mountain climbers and balancing exercises. She starts to do push-ups before falling to the ground as her trainer laughed.

 

“Oh god…,” the 55-year-old said with a big sigh after she flopped on the ground, adding "You know those days when you just don’t wanna do it? You just gotta do it."

Jennifer Aniston's trainer calls her the 'hardest working human'

Praising Aniston's consistency and her ability to get through the workout, her trainer Coleman commented on her workout post as he said, "Cheers to the hardest working human! (&funniest)."

Speaking to People in August 2023, Aniston and Coleman shared the 'Friends' actress' fitness secrets as she explained how she is "stronger than I’ve ever felt before."

Explaining how to set fitness goals, the fitness trainer told, "It's always about starting small with your goals."

"You know, getting those 10,000 steps in or choosing the stairs over the elevator. It's those small, daily choices that build up to the idea of Jennifer Aniston," he told E!.

Jennifer Aniston updated her workout routine after a 2021 back injury

Aniston changed her approach to her usual workouts following a back injury that took place in 2021.

She then explained her updated exercise philosophy as she learned the importance of being kinder to her body.

"Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain…With this, you can start gentle," Aniston said at the time.

Coleman told the outlet that the 'Morning Show' star "gravitates towards intense workouts, but has come to realize that she doesn’t have to break her body to see results."

"When we train, I plan each workout carefully and focus on simple but effective moves that target each muscle group — and core work is a must!,” he said.

"Jen loves a challenge," Coleman said of Aniston with whom he trains three times a week if she is not busy traveling.
