Zach Bryan's ex-GF Brianna LaPaglia accuses him of emotional manipulation
In addition to dealing with unruly fans, Zach Bryan has faced controversy regarding allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Brianna LaPaglia, also known as "Brianna Chickenfry."
Bryan announced on his Instagram Story on October 22 that their yearlong relationship had ended.
On the November 7 episode of the 'BFFs' podcast, which she co-hosts with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards, LaPaglia alleged Bryan was emotionally abusive. “He manipulated the f**k out of me,” she said.
LaPaglia described the abuse as a cycle, saying, "I don’t expect people to understand emotional abuse if you haven’t been through it, and I hope you never have to go through it, but if you’ve been there, you know what I’m talking about."
"It was just this constant cycle of, ‘Build you up, beat you down, apologize,’ over and over and over," she said as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
