LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Country music star Zach Bryan's ex girlfriend Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia posted an emotional video on social media addressing their split shortly after he made the announcement.

Brianna, 25, broke down in tears as she acknowledged that Zach's announcement of their breakup without informing her "completely blindsided" her.

Brianna, sitting on the bathroom floor, conceded that they had broken up the day before as she was grieving over the end of their more than year-long relationship.

Brianna revealed that before she found out that Zach had publicly announced their breakup, she had received a barrage of texts wondering how she was doing.

Brianna said, "I just woke up to Zach posting on his Instagram that we broke up and I have no idea that post was going up. He didn't text me, he didn't call me," sitting on the bathroom floor with her cat, who seemed to be her pet Mango, wandering around.

"I just woke up to a bunch of texts being like, are you ok? And I'm like, did my f**king dad die? Yeah so I'm completely blindsided by that. I also genuinely feel like... I've been crying for like five days straight," she continued.

"Sorry if this video is going to be a lot of jumping around but I'm at the point where it's like, how can you give someone everything and love them so unconditionally like through stuff that you shouldn't?... like you see the good in them."

Brianna remarked, "This is so embarrassing. I don't give a f**k. How can you give every ounce of yourself to someone and then be discarded of in a few days? It's really, really heartbreaking."

"I don't want to talk details right now, I don't want to talk about it yet. I will, obviously. But right now I wanted to heal privately and I didn't even know he was going to post that. We broke up yesterday. I wasn't ready to do anything publicly."

She went on to say, "Now I'm just getting a bajillion freaking texts and s**t. I wanted to just handle this as a human first and now it's not that. I'm just asking if you guys can please... respect my privacy right now and when I'm ready to talk about everything that happened, I will."

"But right now I'm just completely blindsided. And thank you for all the kind messages. I'm going to be okay, I'm going to be fine. I want to just be hurt for a week and like lay in bed. I just didn't want it to be public. I'm just feeling blindsided. I love you guys a lot," Brianna concluded.

The split announcement came a day after fans speculated that the couple had broken up after a Reddit user claimed to have spotted Zach on the celebrity dating app Raya with pictures of his alleged profile and a picture of a handwritten message Brianna posted to her Instagram, per Daily Mail.
