AI-generated Christmas card showing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children slammed: 'Pathetic fakery'
MONTECITO CALIFORNIA: An AI-generated Christmas card of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two children has gone viral across the internet and has made people troll it for a particular reason.
The digital card, which appeared to be posted by a royal fan on X, showcased festive branches surrounding edited versions of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, standing beside each other in a forged black and white photo.

The card read, "Merry Christmas & Happy New Year" and was signed off "from Prince Archie & Princess Lilibet."
However, what caused the buzz across the internet was that the children's picture on the card did not resemble Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet and it made netizens call out the makers for poor editing.
Earlier last December, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released their actual Christmas card that included a rare photo of their little ones.

The official message stated, "On behalf of the office of Prince Harry & Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions and Archewell Foundation, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful new year."
The card had six images, including one showing Archie and Lilibet with their backs to the camera as they ran toward their parents, according to Page Six.
Prince Harry's family has been living in Montecito since the couple gave up their royal duties in 2020. An insider claimed in November 2024 that Harry and Markle did not receive an invite to the royal family’s Christmas celebration amid continuing tensions with his dad, King Charles III, and his brother, Prince William, per the outlet.
Prince Harry's childhood Christmas gift which he won't pass on to his children
Prince Harry has one element from a particular childhood Christmas that he has admitted he isn't a fan of - a certain Christmas gift from his late great-aunt Princess Margaret, according to Hello Magazine.
Prince Harry shared in his memoir 'Spare' that the late Queen's sister bought him a biro pen with a small rubber fish wrapped around it, which he described as a "cold-blooded" gift.
Moreover, he confessed that his relationship with his father's aunt was not a close one, adding that he felt "nothing for her, except a bit of pity and a lot of jumpiness."
He also described his first Christmas spent in Montecito apart from King Charles and Prince William having stepped down from senior royal duties.
He wrote, "It was Christmas Eve. We FaceTimed with several friends, including a few in Britain. We watched Archie running around the tree. And we opened presents. Keeping to the Windsor family tradition."
AI-generated Christmas card trolled online
The AI-generated Christmas card showing Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet triggered trolling online as people on the internet found that their picture in the card did not resemble them.
A user wrote on X, "The boy looks like one of the Archies that I’ve seen. The one in the zoom calls. Doesn’t look like Harry or anyone else on the Windsor side," while one added, "Completely fake."
